How Do I Get Help?

Do you have a problem you need our help with? Don’t worry. Support is included in your active Cybsershield Security SaaS agreement. We offer several ways for you to get general, account or technical support. Please note that priority will be given to tickets over emails. If you have any questions about support, please reach out at support@cybershieldsecurity.co

Priority 1:
Service Tickets

You can submit tickets for support by visiting https://www.cybershieldsecurity.co and clicking Support in the Footer or by clicking on “Support Requests” in the dropdown menu under your profile in the App Dashboard. Website App Dashboard

Priority 2:
Support Emails

You can submit tickets for support by emailing support@cybershieldsecurity.co. A Cybershield Security Team member will reply within 48 business hours.
